From the moment the contract is signed, your rent payment will begin on a fixed start date, regardless of how long it takes us to find the right tenant. Your rent will then be paid consistently on this date every month, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect. This way, you will experience mo voids. We take care of the heavy lifting, including, weekly cleaning of the property, take care of any small/light maintenance and also do monthly checks of the property.

Unlike traditional letting agents, we don’t charge any set up fees or commissions. Instead, we offer you slightly less than the full market rental value, which we aim to achieve when letting out your property. In exchange for this slight reduction, you gain the security of guaranteed monthly income, with no void and having to take care of slight maintenance. This is beneficial in the long run as you will earn more annually through our service compared to traditional lettings, as we cover the cost of voids periods, rent arrears, legal proceedings and any other unexpected destruction.
